The opportunity

As part of the EY Financial Services technology risk team, you'll work with multinational finance services institutions to gain a better understanding of technology risks and assess the related controls. You'll help management benefit from implementing better controls and have greater confidence they can respond to whatever the future may hold.

You'll be engaged in providing some of the most significant and class-leading IT external/internal audits and risk engagements globally. As part of the market-leading risk professionals across the globe, you'll gain the valuable experience you need to become a successful risk advisor. Aligned to key industry groups including banking and capital markets, we provide highly integrated assurance and tax services.

Position: FAIT Intern

Your key responsibilities

  • Work closely with a range of clients across many different industries
  • Active involvement in providing assurance services to clients under the guidance of senior members of the team
  • Active involvement in identifying and helping resolve accounting related issues of the clients

Minimum requirements:

  • Enrolled in or obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment (please attach a TOEFL or IELTS score, if available)
  • Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities
  • Advanced user of PC
  • Willing and able to learn and work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines; and
  • Integrity within a professional environment.
