EY Studio+ is a leading consultancy firm specializing in new business models and end-to-end solutions in customer experience transformation. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency for our clients across various industries. We are expanding our Marketing, Sales, and Service consulting team, We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing and Customer Experience Consultant, with a passion for service industries, ready to take a next career step.
As a Marketing and Customer Experience Consultant, you will join a young team of enthusiastic consultants that is part of the worldwide EY Studio+ collective. The collective holds 7000+ professionals across 35+ countries in the fields of Innovation, Design, Marketing & Sales and Customer Experience.
More specifically, you will:
- collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team of strategists, technologists, consultants, and transformation specialists.
- identify opportunities for client growth and improvement, translate these into actionable project plans, and drive successful execution.
- keep yourself informed on current market, sector, consumer, and technology trends, to analyse these trends, collect best practices and gather relevant insights.
- make an impact in the daily lives of the many varieties of customers we serve (consumers, employees, citizens, and patients) by enhancing their customer experience.
- translate market, business and customer insights and opportunities to new concepts, processes, operating models, (digital) strategies, ways-of-working, and business models, which you want to bring to life.
- create models, business cases and related methods to measure and manage impact.
- keep a holistic view while staying focused on the core problem, to create value for both consumers and businesses.

Through our combined expertise, we strengthen organizations and provide their teams with the knowledge, tools, and energy they need to move forward. Our department consists of marketing, sales and service consultants, designers, technologists, data scientists, and transformation specialists who, together with colleagues in other countries, shape the global EY Studio+ collective.
Your Office - Amsterdam
Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. For a breathtaking view of the city, head to the 22nd floor. Collaboration takes on a new meaning in our Wavespace, a high-tech environment that connects clients and colleagues virtually across the globe.
Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution
You have:
- completed a relevant master's degree with excellent results, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing or Innovation Management.
- passion for service-oriented organizations such as banking, insurance, public services, energy or telco, but are eager to work in different industries as well.
- 1 to 2 years of (marketing) experience within service-oriented organizations.
- strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- a structured and solution-oriented way-of-working.
- a customer and business value mindset.
- excellent command of the Dutch & English language, both written and verbal.
- eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.

- Our first contact: After your application, we will review your CV and portfolio. If we see a possible match, you will be invited for a first interview and online assessment.
- First interview & Assessment: Before the interview, we’ll ask you to complete an online assessment. Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based assessment focusing on both your cognitive skills and behavioural preferences. We’ll discuss the results during the interview, with colleagues from our department. This mutual introduction is a chance for us to get to know you, and for you to ask any questions you have.
- Second and third interview: If we see a match and you’re still enthusiastic, we’ll invite you for a second interview. We’ll dive deeper into your role and relevant topics, aided through a business case. A final interview with one of our partners will also follow.
- We’re a match. You’ll receive an offer and we’ll perform a pre-employment screening. Then your new adventure begins. Welcome to EY!
