We are seeking a Junior Technology Consultant to help expand our SAP SuccessFactors practice as from the 6th of January or the 26th of August 2025.

Your key responsibilities

  • Gather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementation
  • Support solution and process design within the deployed technology
  • Conduct SAP SuccessFactors system configuration
  • Prepare and execute test scenarios
  • Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope
  • Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients
  • Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures

Your Profile

You have:

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or IT
  • Willingness to be involved in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies,
  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (and good understanding of either Dutch or French),
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20%

Ideally, you’ll be willing to:

  • Get certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Talent Modules
  • Be involved in end-to-end implementation of your core module
