Job purpose

The primary role of a Tax Analyst is to analyse information to prepare accurate tax returns and develop a collaborative relationship with EY colleagues.

Client responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an understating of basic tax concepts. Proactively expand tax knowledge through client assignments and stay current with tax developments
  • Deliver high quality and timely work
  • Research tax theory and positions, and apply them to specific client needs
  • Develop client service and engagement - skills
  • Assist Seniors and Managers on special projects, as requested
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion when preparing tax returns
