The role and opportunities
Our Consulting services are divided into different areas, each consisting of different departments with specialized competencies, and for many of the departments, we have dedicated teams that specialize in assisting clients in the financial sector (banking, finance, and insurance). Right now we have multiple opportunities available for rising graduates to work in our Copenhagen or Aarhus office.
Our teams consist of everything from change consultants to data analysts, engineers, actuaries, quantitative advisors and cyber gurus. We have a strong focus on including people with different backgrounds to add more perspectives to our work tasks, so regardless of your educational background, you can be sure that we have a team that fits your profile.

- Qualifications:
- You completed your studies in 2024 or are set to graduate in 2025.

The steps in our recruitment process are as follows:
- Application: Fill out the application form and upload your CV and a copy of your most recent grade transcript.
- Assessment: After your application is received, we will send you a link to our gamified assessment, which takes approx. 8 minutes to complete. Please complete the assessment as soon as possible and no later than 24 November.
- Video: Once you have completed the assessment, you will receive a link to three video questions that will allow you to elaborate on your motivation for applying. This must be answered and completed no later than 26 November.
- Interview: Selected candidates will be invited to two rounds of face-to-face interviews. The first interview will be held as an assessment day including a case, which you will participate in either on 4-5 December, and the second interview will be held later in December 2024.
