We are looking for legal professionals to join our experienced and talented Law team in Vaasa, which offers the opportunity to work on a variety of business law matters such as M&A, corporate, employment, as well as other general commercial law assignments. Your daily work consists of working with other top experts in fields such as law, taxation and business management consultancy. We are offering you a position where you can participate in interesting and complex projects, allowing you to develop your professional expertise and career. Your responsibilities may among others include assisting and coordinating of projects and the drafting of various legal documents. In practice, this means drafting contracts, memos, and various documents required by different stages of a project´s and company’s lifecycle, as well as conducting legal analyses.

We are flexible regarding the start date of this position, with the possibility of beginning either before the summer holiday season of 2025 or in the beginning of autumn 2025 depending on your own preferences and according to what we agree on.

Skills and attributes for success

• Fluent written and oral skills in Swedish or Finnish or both, as well as fluency in English
• Can-do attitude and flexibility
• Outgoing personality and ability to adapt to new challenges as a true team player

Qualifications

• Academic degree in law
• Genuine interest in business law and motivation to develop as a legal professional

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Previous work experience in the legal industry or related field
