We are currently hiring a Consulting Associate staff for our Climate Change and Sustainability Services. Position: Consulting Associate Staff in EY Mongolia Climate Change and Sustainability Services

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrating a basic understanding of finance & ESG principles and effectively applying finance & ESG knowledge to projects
  • Work closely with a range of clients across many different industries
  • Active involvement in providing assurance services to clients under the guidance of senior members of the team
  • Active involvement in identifying and helping resolve accounting related issues of the clients.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or other related field
  • Having an experience in relevant areas like sustainability studies, environmental science, or social sciences is advantageous.
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills in both English and Mongolian
  • Effective organization and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office.
