EY’s Talent team plays a key role in creating a better working world by supporting our people throughout their journey at EY. As Technology and Artificial Intelligence continue to transform the way we work, we are looking for a tech-oriented intern to work transversally across our Talent teams, supporting the exploration and development of innovative solutions that can improve our processes and ways of working.

Based in our Lisbon office, this curricular internship will provide the opportunity to combine technology, Artificial Intelligence and innovation with real business challenges in the Talent area.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating transversally with different teams within Talent to understand their processes, challenges and technological needs;
  • Supporting the identification of opportunities where Artificial Intelligence, automation and other digital solutions can improve existing Talent processes;
  • Contributing to the design, development and implementation of AI agents and other technology-based solutions tailored to different Talent use cases;
  • Exploring and testing new AI tools and technologies and assessing their potential application within Talent;
  • Supporting the automation and optimization of recurring activities and workflows, helping teams become more efficient and data-driven;
  • Translating business needs into practical technology solutions, working closely with Talent professionals and other relevant stakeholders;
  • Contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by bringing new ideas and technological perspectives to the team.

Qualifications:

  • You are in the final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business Analytics, Management & Technology, or another related field;
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation and emerging technologies;
  • Interest in understanding business processes and exploring how technology can be applied to solve real organizational challenges;
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, data analysis and/or programming will be valued;
  • Knowledge of tools or technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Python or similar solutions will be considered an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese;
  • Availability to undertake a curricular internship in our Lisbon office.
