We help clients by delivering assessment, transformation and assurance solutions in specialty areas, like finance, supply chain, strategic choices, risk management, cyber security and technology.

In order to reinforce our Enterprise Risk team within our Consulting Business Unit, we are currently looking for Junior Consultants who can start in september 2024.

Qualifications

  • You have a Master’s Degree in, Economics or an Engineering degree if including strong Business Management aspects;
  • Due to the international and multinational context, you speak Dutch fluently and you are proficient in English. French is considered as a plus;
  • You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Experience with data extraction and visualization tools, such as ACL and Power BI, is considered a plus.
  • You have solid analytical & quantitative skills and you can work autonomously;
  • You are willing and flexible to travel abroad up to 20% of your time;
  • You have to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational environment.

What’s in it for you

You will help our public and private sector clients to achieve their objectives by supporting them to identify and manage their risks. Your tasks and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Preparing and executing Internal Audits by reviewing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls (using data analytics) and providing assistance with the development of recommendations, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls.
  • Supporting the development of Risk Based Internal Audit Plans.
  • Supporting the development or improvement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, including the preparation and execution of risk assessments.
  • Supporting the implementation of Internal Control environments (e.g. COSO, SOX and JSOX).
  • Supporting with the remediation of identified issues through periodic follow-up
  • Performing data analysis and contract compliance reviews to help the client prevent spend leakages.
