As part of our business development team, you’ll play an important role in business development and gain insights into leading Government institutions, NGOs and multi-lateral banks. By understanding their business issues and imperatives, you’ll broaden your experience. Backed by the resources of a global organisation, you’ll gain experiences and foster relationships that will support your long-term success.
The Global Account Coordinator will work with Global Account Manager, Client Executives, Global Client Service Partner as one global account team to support achieving the global revenue, margin, and sales/ pipeline goals. The Global Account Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, communication and administration activities related to the Account.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Implement account strategy working with account manager and leadership to drive global execution of account plan
Provide project management support for specific sub-account activity
Support the account relationship strategy, including management of the global relationship map.
Manage the Client Experience (CX) program for the account.
Drive the sales cadence process for the account including initiating/ supporting activities to enhance pipeline integrity and discipline across global team.
Provide ad-hoc strategic pursuit support for identified opportunities. Coordinate win/loss debriefs.
Manage the procurement process including monitoring relevant procurement portals, and support the assignment and submissions of proposals
Serve as a central point of contact for all information related to the sub-accounts and as the knowledge steward, connect global team to EY tools and client business issues.
Work with Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) on Account specific events, delivering targeted thought leadership.

Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline
Strong analytical, quantitative skills, attention to detail and sound organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Team player, willing to get involved in all aspects of projects
Competent with the use of Microsoft PowerBI, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including the use of Pivot tables, reporting, charts.
