As a Consultant in our Risk Consulting team, you will be working on interesting and challenging assignments for large domestic and global clients across industries, with the support of a world-class organization behind you that makes all the difference. With us you can develop your competencies e.g., in the field of risk management, internal audit, internal controls, and GRC solutions.

We are looking for recent graduates or people with already a few years of relevant work experience. We value intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset, ambition for learning and good people skills. You will need to be a good team player and demonstrate the potential to become a future business leader. As a member of the Risk Consulting team, your role may include e.g., participating in value-driven internal audit assignments with wide range of different themes, and/or our risk transformation and development services, e.g., with a focus on GRC process and technology implementation. Typical tasks include e.g., collecting and reviewing information and performing process and data analyses, preparing for and participating in client interviews, workshops and meetings. In addition, you will be preparing and presenting project deliverables and results to clients’ executive management and board members. In addition, you will also be supporting sales initiatives.

Timing: Ideally you would be able to start the work latest in August 2024. 

Location: Our office is located in the center of Helsinki. In addition, EY Hybrid Model gives our people also the flexibility to collaborate with clients and colleague in the best way for each unique situation.

  • Qualifications:  
    • A master’s degree majoring within the fields of e.g., business, finance, information systems, technology or similar 
    • Analytical mindset 
    • Good presentation skills 
    • Fluent skills in English and Finnish 
    • Interest towards risk management 
  • Ideally, you will also have:
    • 1-2 years of prior experience or interest in internal audit, internal controls and/or risk management
    • Prior experience from different GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) platforms and solutions
    • Experience or interest in data analytics and the usage of data in a business / audit context
