The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

Our talent team in Luxembourg is going through a transformation journey lead by Global deployment initiatives in the entire EY network and through local projects. This opportunity is to work in a dynamic, creative, and innovative team called HR Enablement. In this role you would be working closely with experienced professionals on various projects leveraging technologies in the different Talent teams: Reward, Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Consulting, Talent First Line.

You will actively take part in the Talent digital transformation by being involved on performance improvement projects leveraging artificial intelligence, dashboarding, data analytics, RPA (Robotic Process Automation). You will mainly act as PMO over multiple projects and will be able to take over some specific projects when ready.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background around HR and Technology
  • Fluent in English
  • Ideally you also have some understanding of data privacy regulatory framework
  • You understand the importance of privacy when being exposed to personal data
  • You are passionate about technologies and how to create the best employee experience (EX)
  • You have shown an interest in human resources processes
  • You understand the importance of privacy when being exposed to personal data
  • Ideally you also have some development experience using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, IBM Watson chatbot, etc
