We’re looking for two consultants to join our Digital HR competence within our People Consulting team.

The People Consulting department consists of 45 HR and change management professionals that have at least one thing in common. While you will be onboarded in a specific competency, we closely work together across our competences in order to make a lasting client impact.
Digital HR
In an increasingly digital world, there’s a growing demand from our clients for HR digitization and HR technology solutions. We advise our clients on how to digitally transform their HR organisation. This includes guiding on new technologies, process automation and developping digital HR strategies and roadmaps. Next to this, also leverage and oversee the implementation of HR technology to drive HR strategic priorities, essentially optimizing the employee experience and enabling (generative) artificial intelligence for HR.
Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
Demonstrate technical skills in HR Management, Digital HR
Work alongside clients and lead project workstreams, from planning through implementation together with your team
Support during the sales process by brainstorming with the team on the client’s request and drive the development of solutions
Prepare client workshops and assist in facilitating workshops
Contribute to generate profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients
Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for project related initiatives and/or decisions
Skills and Attributes for success
Team player with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly and effectively
Collaborative and good at building relationships
Ability to manage projects, analyze problems and to provide input to insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills and data manipulation and presentation, such as through MS Excel tools and Power BI
Able to manage stakeholders and client relationships in a fast paced and complex environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience of producing high quality reports, papers, presentations with excellent attention to detail
Ability to bring ideas and insights to clients that provide value, help address risk and assist in the driving solutions
You demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and excel in performing under time pressure
You are familiar with fast-paced dynamics and are able to navigate them effectively
Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?
To qualify for the role, you must have
A relevant master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, IT or HR
Relevant working experience of 1 to 3 years within industry or consulting related roles
Affinity for Digital HR
An understanding of people related processes related to HR business transformation
Strong oral and written skills in English. Dutch is strongly preferred.

The office

Recruitment procedure – How can you prepare for a long life together?
The selection procedure exists in general out of 2 interview rounds and/or business case. We can only process your application if a cover letter is included.
An (online) assessment an pre-employment screening will also be part of the process.
Pre-employment screening
Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre employment screening could contain the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years, integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and/or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
