Scope of Work:

  • Service Cloud and Field Services for system design, configuration and support
  • Integration of Service Cloud and Field Services features into existing systems: client’s Sales Cloud + client’s Experience Cloud (i.e. Community Cloud)
  • Lead and support deployment and testing processes
  • Operate as an integrated party of the client’s System of Delivery responsible for Service Cloud and Field Services

 

Skills:  

  • 2+ years of experience with configuration and deployment of Service Cloud, Field Services      and Experience Cloud                
  • Ability to understand business requirements and provided reference/solution architecture translate into system level design and implementation
  • Ability to produce good design documents to deliver sound solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn both technical and functional processes
  • Good decision making and business judgment with customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork competencies
  • Excellent problem solving / analysis skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Computer Systems Degree or equivalent
