Human Resources (HR) Internship Opportunity at EY Curaçao

Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)

About the Role:
As an HR Intern at EY Curaçao, you will be an integral part of our HR team, assisting with various tasks that are crucial to the management and development of our talent. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal event planning.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, with Papiamento being a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
