As part of our team, you will provide peace of mind to clients by using your skills and experience to give companies, investors and regulators confidence in the validity of financial statements and business-critical information or processes.

 

As part of our EY Malaysia AAO Team, the role requires the incumbent to proactively develop relationships with the EY Malaysia Assurance teams serving the Assurance engagements, supervise the delivery of engagement management support activities, ensure efficiency of the audit operation process, focusing on the enablement of a quality audit through robust engagement management support from acceptance, to audit set up and planning/budgeting/resourcing, to process/milestone management and the provision of value through more streamlined client and engagement management process.

 

We’re looking for candidates with strong project management skills who can effectively work within the AAO framework and provide support to our Assurance teams. Your key responsibilities

 

  • Prepare and present engagement, progress or updates, results and analysis to EY Assurance teams or stakeholders.

  • A Diploma in Business Administration, Management or equivalent 
  • Preferably with experience in administrative support or back-end operations
  • Project Management experience would be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
