The Opportunity:

The Intern will be part of the early career campus hiring team. Individuals will be given opportunities to participate in the recruitment lifecycle and be expose to HR projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating campus recruitment-related activities (interview and logistic support)
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data
  • Participate in campus fairs
  • Support current/new projects to optimize efficiency (data gathering and analysis)
  • Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Students pursuing Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics
  • Able to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good logical and analytical thinking skills
  • High proficiency in Office365
