The journey begins with the MENA regional round, where top talent competes for the opportunity to represent the region at the global finals, joining peers from over 20 countries.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking smart, driven, and forward-thinking students and recent graduates who:

• Have an agile, growth-oriented mindset and thrive in a fast-changing world.

• Embrace diversity and inclusion, valuing different perspectives and working collaboratively.

Eligibility Criteria

• You must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months.
• Your major should be in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related business field. Completing courses in Taxation is a plus.
• Open to UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia nationals.

How you can apply:

Step 1: Apply
Submit your application by clicking on the "Apply" button at the top-right of the page, make sure you apply early and do not forget to follow the instructions carefully and answer all the questions to ensure your application is successful, before 10 October 2026.

Step 2: Online Assessments
After we review your application, you will receive an invitation email from ‘EY Careers’ to complete the EY online assessments. Approach the online assessments as you would approach any new challenge. It might be tough, but you can do it!

Step 3: Interview
Upon passing the assessments, you will receive an invitation for a virtual HR interview, where the recruiter will explain the competition in further detail. Being yourself is key to passing this step of the recruitment process

Step 4: Attend
Once you have been shortlisted for the competition, you will be invited to attend a recruitment day, where you will participate in individual and group activities. This is your opportunity to visit our office, speak with our people and ask questions about life and work at EY.

Step 5: Receive
What will you win?

The winner will be awarded with an exciting full-time role within EY Tax service line for recent graduates or an internship for students. Additional exciting awards and the unique opportunity to work among other global finalists and make meaningful connections with EY leadership in the global final competition taking place in January 2027.
