The People Advisory Services division is split into five different pillars; Performance, Reward, Talent, Systems, and Mobility.

At present, we have opportunities within the Performance and Reward sub-divisions.

Performance

As a member of the PAS team focused on HR and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support the design and implementation of HR operating models and organizational structures, improve HR process efficiency, manage people risks, support change efforts to help organizations to successfully transition to a future state, and advise organizations on a range of challenges that are associated with a merger, acquisition, divestiture and/or carve-out. Our key capabilities include:

  • HR Operating & Delivery Model
  • HR Process Efficiency & Policy
  • Transactions

Reward

As a member of the Reward team, you will join an experienced group of professionals who focus on helping clients develop relevant and flexible reward programs that are aligned to our client’s business and people strategies, optimize workforce productivity, are tax-effective and compliant with local and global regulation.

 

The Reward team helps clients develop, assess, design and deliver reward and benefit programs for the Board, executives and employees.

 

Tax – People Advisory Services Graduate Development Program

Your role

►   Activity participate and contribute in client engagements and execute the work plan

►   Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining       communication and updating senior team members on progress

►   Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients

►   Build strong internal relationships within EY Tax and across other services

 

Eligibility

►   A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Behavior or related field of study with strong academic credentials

►   Graduated within 18 months of applying to the Graduate Program

►   Excellent written and verbal communication

►   Proficiency in Arabic and English language skills

►   Saudi Nationals will be considered only
