You will join a young team of enthousiastic designers that is part of the worldwide EY IXD (Innovation & Experience Design) collective. The collective holds 1500+ professionals across 20+ countries in the fields of customer centric design, digital product and service design, engineering and delivery.

Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
You work closely with our team of designers, developers, and business consultants to create engaging and intuitive user experiences for our clients' digital products and platforms.
Have the opportunity to contribute to all stages of the design process, from research and concept development to prototyping and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?
You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
0 - 2 years of working experience. A relevant internship is an advantage.
Strong portfolio or thesis project showcasing UX/UI design projects and process.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Basic understanding of front-end development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment .
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and Fluent in Dutch (both written and verbal)

Recruitment procedure – How can you prepare for a long life together?
The recruitment procedure consists (in general) out of 2 interviews and/or a Business Case (about port folio). An (online) assessment and a pre-employment screening will also be part of the process.
Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre-employment screening could contain the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years, integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and/or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
