As they adapt to shifting business models and leverage forecasting and data analytics, the finance function can enhance decision-making processes. Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
As a finance professional, you are eager to understand how insurers, banks, and other financial institutions are utilizing technological innovations to develop sustainable, future-proof strategies within the finance function. You grasp the current complexities of financial services companies and can identify future opportunities. Your enthusiasm is evident as you inspire your team and clients by providing innovative solutions and propositions. You blend your own expertise with EY's (inter)national methodologies to achieve this.
Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
Formulate digital strategies for the finance function (i.e. P2P, O2C, R2R etc.). Develop capabilities and business insights to steer corporate strategy (become the effective ‘co-pilot’).
Translate business requirements into technology requirements and build business-oriented technology roadmaps.
Manage presales activities for complex finance technology transformation projects:
conduct discovery meetings with clients,
understand & map key finance processes,
do value-driven technology mapping,
lead tech teams for demo’s and POC exercises
Execute delivery of complex finance transformation programs.
Implement performance management cycles, including: KPI-frameworks, dashboards for financial reporting and solutions for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?
A university master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or Econometrics and a RA / RC qualification.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in the finance technology domain.
Acquaintance (preferably certifications and/or implementation exposure) with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Workday or similar and you have a constant drive to keep learning about new technologies & software vendors.
You have evident experience in both presales and delivery of consultancy assignments.
Capabilities to communicate in a clear manner about complex problems in all layers of an organization.
You are self- motivated, taking initiative and you are willing to be challenged daily with a ‘learn it all’ mindset.

Birth leave: EY will pay 100% of the birth leave, in case of an additional birth leave EY will pay 70% of the salary.
Training and education: EY believes it's important for everyone to always have the opportunity to further develop yourself. We therefore offer you the opportunity to take part in various soft & hard skills training, external courses and/or sign up for an additional education. For example, obtaining an MBA to broaden your skills in Leadership, Business and Tech.
Mobility: Contribute directly to our ambition to reduce EY's carbon footprint to zero by 2025. Bicycle arrangement: finance the purchase cost of your new bicycle from your gross monthly salary (purchase cost amount divided over 12 months) or from your non-statutory holiday entitlement.
Pension scheme: you will build up a pension capital directly after your start at EY. Each month the available premium amount is transferred for you in an investment account at our pension provider. You will also have the option to build up additional pension capital on a voluntary basis.

Pre-employment screening
