Have you ever wondered how some of the largest businesses in the Nordics tackle current sustainability challenges? Then join our Sustainability, Data & Technology team and accelerate your career by working across businesses with a junior consultant position within EY Technology Consulting.

You will be part of our Sustainability, Data & Technology team where we work with technical solutions to address the sustainability agenda. Sustainability reporting is no longer nice-to-have, not only will it become mandatory by the European Union, but more importantly it can be a strategic asset for businesses. Firms strive to facilitate the green transition but often lack the competence or resources to make it happen. This is where we can support. Sustainability, Data & Technology bridges the gap between sustainability requirements and technical solutions. We provide offerings to assess data readiness, select software solutions, design governance models, and implement technical solutions.

Through formal and informal on-the-job training combined with several professional and personal courses, we will help you develop the necessary skills to become a competent junior consultant. We are committed to help you achieve your full potential, and you will therefore be assigned a counselor and a buddy to support your professional and personal development.

Weekly working hours are on average 15 hours with flexibility during exams.

• Qualifications:
  • You are currently studying or starting a master’s program within the areas technology or sustainability (cand.merc.it, cand.it or similar)
  • You are planning to graduate in summer 2026 or 2027
  • You speak and write English fluently

The steps in our recruitment process are as follows:

2. Assessment: After submitting your application, you will receive a link to our assessment within a few days. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
3. Video: Following the assessment, you are required to complete a brief video interview consisting of two questions outlining your motivation for this role.
4. Personal interviews: Selected candidates will be invited to attend face-to-face interviews at our office on an ongoing basis.
