Our team is divided over our offices in Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels and we are flexible when it comes to your primary office.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You will perform internal control audits for multinational organizations, assessing the adequacy of their control framework;
• You will lead and perform sustainability advisory and audit projects in both public and private institutions and will draft reports;
• You will support organisations with both sustainable strategy building and day-to-day sustainability challenges;
• You will safeguard the public’s access to reliable and accurate financial information by performing financial statement audits;
• You will optimize the value chain of organizations with the aim of maximizing value and minimizing waste, this way you will shaping a circular economy;
• You will be in charge of conducting risk analysis with regards to legislation and brand reputation (this on a national and international level);
• Because you will work within a branch of EY that is in full expansion, you are expected to develop the market and you will be actively on the lookout for new opportunities;

Your Profile

You:

• Have a Master degree in economics or engineering, preferably with a specialization in sustainability;
• Have a passion for everything that has to do with sustainability;
• Are analytical, you love to analyze and improve processes, and a little bit of creativity can go a long way;
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context;
• Have solid communication and presentation skills, both written and oral;
• Can work autonomously, our team is still growing so we expect you to be able to develop the market through networking and prospecting;
• Will interact with clients, so we expect you to be a native Dutch or French speaker, with a very good knowledge of English;
• You are available to start in September/October 2026.
