The Reward team is a dedicated, multidisciplinary team within the People Advisory Services department consisting of more than 50 remuneration experts, technology geeks and data wizards spread over 5 offices in Belgium. Within our team, we mostly focus on improving reward policies and practices. We support our clients on topics ranging from reduction of employment costs to the setup of compensation & benefits strategies. In addition, we continuously update and inform our clients on legislative changes and innovations.

To serve our clients to the best extend possible, we have identified 3 strong fields of play within our team:

We are looking for Junior Data & Tech Reward Consultants to join our office in Diegem.

Your key responsibilities

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, the role of HR is shifting from a transactional function to a strategic partner integral to an organization's success. The traditional paradigms of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational efficiency are being redefined by the transformative powers of data analytics, process automation, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies. A successful integration thereof will become an indispensable pillar of any HR strategy.

As such it will be your core mission as a Data & Tech Reward Consultant to enable and accelerate data-driven insights for your reward colleagues in their support to our client’s business. Your main focus will be on Digital Operational Excellence.

What we look for

• You have an innovative, analytical, and collaborative mindset that strives to deliver the exceptional experience to our clients.
• You like to spread our democratizing analytics mindset towards other colleagues.

• You have an untamable curiosity about the new world of work to create new solutions considering different aspects.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French and have good mastery of English.
• You will obtain, or have recently obtained, a master’s degree. A degree in Business Analytics, Commercial sciences, Economics, Business engineering, Business Information Management or any degree with Analytics courses is a plus
• You have knowledge about data analytics/data visualization or process automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path, Power Apps, Excel) and/or you have a strong willingness and desire to improve your knowledge on the short term.
• You are open to team up (virtually) with specialists from abroad when developing solutions for clients and translate their needs/requirements into digital solutions.
• You are a team player but are also able to work autonomously with a problem-solving mindset.
• You are available to start soon or after graduation in Summer 2025.
