Job Title: Consultant/Contract re (Campus hire)

Job Summary:

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

This role will support the childcare operations and provide critical vendor coordination support. The resource will serve as the primary point of contact for parents and employees, ensure optimal facility utilization, and handle administrative and compliance processes for vendor management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily crèche operations including slot allocation, parent confirmations, and walk-in coordination
  • Serve as liaison between crèche vendor, parents, and internal stakeholders for queries and escalations
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly crèche utilization metrics for leadership review
  • Ensure optimal crèche capacity utilization through proactive outreach and waitlist management
  • Coordinate vendor-related calls, follow-ups, and documentation (invoices, POs, empanelment paperwork)

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders (parents, vendors, internal teams)
  • Proficiency in MS Office for tracking, reporting, and data management
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage administrative processes (documentation, invoicing, compliance tracking)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle time-sensitive operational issues calmly
