The Opportunity: Your Next Adventure Awaits?

As a member of the EY Microsoft BizApps team, you will become a key player to further grow our business applications offering. Within the BizApps team, we guide customers in their Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and D365 Finance and Operations (ERP) journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Microsoft BizApps solutions for our key customers, including Dynamics 365 customer engagement, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Power Platform
  • Solve complex business needs by building custom low code / no code applications with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • You will get involved in increasingly challenging engagements, new solutions and emerging technologies such as AI Agents via Copilot Studio and Microsoft Azure.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our customer, translating business requirements to a technical solution.
  • Design integrations between the Microsoft BizApps solutions and third-party systems within the customer’s technology landscape
  • User Training Assistance: Support the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for end-users to facilitate the adoption of Microsoft BizApps solutions.
  • You will take responsibility for the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements, reporting directly to the executive level.
  • You will develop strong client relationships and potentially identify new business opportunities.

Your qualifications

  • You have a Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Engineering or Management with an IT option or related to science or IT. You have a keen interest in technology;
  • Having knowledge about ERP, CRM and low-code / no-code applications is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, and are fluent in either Dutch or French;
  • You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
  • You have good people, analytical, and reporting skills with a positive, problem-solving mindset;
  • You are able to work autonomously with a focus on getting things done;
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational environment.
  • This role doesn’t require any previous experience, but having done a technology focused internship or student job is a plus.
