EY’s International Transaction Tax services (ITTS) practice works with multinational and domestic entities to design transaction strategies that meet their business, operational and financial objectives. The ITTS practice is a trusted business advisor to domestic and multinational corporate and private equity clients on, among other services, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, internal restructurings, divestitures and capital markets transactions.
The International Tax and Transaction Services on Transfer Pricing practice provides services for:
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for tax purposes;
• Development of pricing techniques.
Your key responsibilities
You will participate in Transfer Pricing projects acting as a junior member of the team. Common responsibilities for junior specialists are listed below:
• Economic analysis of the activities of clients and the industries in which they operate;
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for tax purposes;
• Contribute in implementation, improvement and development of technical projects related with Transfer Pricing;
• Apply transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges;
• Preparing documents and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits;
• Modelling financial outcomes, valuing intangible assets and developing practical planning approaches;
• Stay abreast of current tax, legal and business trends relevant to the client's business;
• Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge;
• Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result;

Qualifications:
• English: at least B2 level;
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and Management;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills;
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft based packaged, eg Excel;
• Immediate availability.
