Your key responsibilities

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Post job advertisements and organize resumes and job applications
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Onboarding preparation
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Staff Leave management/monitoring
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Deal the compliance procedure in accordance to Cambodian Labor Law
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping HR information confidential
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must fulfil the following requirement:

  • Year 3, year 4 students or fresh graduate in Business Administration or other related fields are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and practical implementation
  • HR experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills (fluent written and spoken English)
  • Assertive, energetic, sociable and able to be trusted with confidential information
  • Good command on computer literacy (MS Word/Excel/Power Point)
  • Able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
  • Able to follow and execute instructions

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Good logic thoughts, high sense of responsibility, proactive, well-organized and mature
  • Careful and paying attention to details, service mindset
  • Result-oriented, able to work under pressure
