If you are a Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a Commerce/Business Administration student with an interest in getting an early start in the recruiting process, then this is the program for you!
Join us for an unforgettable day of inspiring talks from industry leaders and collaborative activities. You will meet our Technology Consulting practice and network with consultants from Cybersecurity, AI and Data, Digital Engineering, Technology Strategy & Transformation, SAP and Oracle Platforms, Banking Technology, Insurance Technology, ServiceNow and Microsoft, and Digital Workforce Transformation.
As a part of this conference, you will build relationships, learn what it's like to work in professional services, and what it means to be a successful woman+ in the ever-developing field of technology. Discover what EY is doing to develop its workforce diversity and some of the exciting initiatives that we have in place.
The Women+ in Technology Consulting Conference will be held in Toronto on Thursday, July 24th, 2025.
Who Should Apply?

Application Requirements
- Students who identify as women, non-binary, or gender conforming individuals.
- Students who are two or three years from graduation.
- Interested in professional services and a career in Technology Consulting and are in pursuit of a degree in Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analytics/Science, Statistics, Physics, Technology, Engineering, Math, or Commerce/Business Administration.
- Students will be selected based on their academic achievements, leadership, extracurricular activities, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate analytical, teamwork and organizational skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be committed to integrity within a professional environment.
