About Digital Products and Services

Digital Products and Services (DPS) is a well-established function poised to deliver all EY’s internal automation and Gen AI requirements. Aligned with the EY Global Delivery Services, we have a global remit to support automation for use in Core Business Services and GDS Functions. Operating out of GDS locations in India namely Trivandrum, Kochi, Bengaluru and Gurugram, we offer services to multiple time zones.

With an established central infrastructure, robust development, testing and deployment processes to support AI and automation solutions, we are set to embrace a rapid increase in use both within EY and in providing services to our clients who also have a significant demand in this area.

DPS delivers a wide range of services including:

• Automation & Digital Enablement: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

• Digital Strategy & Discovery: Business process reengineering, solution architecture, and design workshops.

Copilot Studio Developer JD for Intern level

Position Summary

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.
• Understanding of custom applications using Power App, and Power Platform components, ensuring they meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI components in the architecture of low-code solutions
• Time to time perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing applications.
• Actively research on the latest features and updates in the Power Platform and M365 Copilot ecosystem.
• Timely reporting of project and team status to leadership

Preferred certifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Certifications on SharePoint, M365 Copilot, and Azure Open AI Services.
• Online certifications in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualification

Technology Strategy and Transformation: This role is designed for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in Digital strategy and digital transformation. The intern will undergo structured training in IT consulting, digital transformation frameworks, and emerging technologies, while supporting project teams in research, analysis, and documentation. This role provides exposure to digital strategy, business transformation, and innovation initiatives, preparing the intern for a future Digital Strategy or Transformation Consultant.
