Transaction Advisory Associate Staff

We are currently hiring a Transaction Advisory Associate Staff for Strategy and Transaction (SaT) department. Position: Transaction Advisory Associate Staff in EY Mongolia SaT Department

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in conducting financial analysis and modeling to support transaction evaluations and due diligence processes.
  • Gather and analyze relevant financial and operational data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with local and international senior team members on various transaction advisory projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Mongolia and English. Proficiency is Chinese language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with financial modeling tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
