Become an integral part of the future by helping our clients in their Business & IT transformation. We are looking for new joiners to reinforce our SAP / IT Transformation team as from September ’25.

Your Key Responsibilities

Become an integral part of the future by helping our clients in their Business & IT transformation, performing activities such as:

  • Transformational business program management, Project/team management & PMO activities: be the backbone of the team, aiding the team and the client in organizing themselves according to the best practices (Agile, Scrum, …). Ensure the project keeps moving at all times. Connect the dots. Act proactively, be communicative
  • Process analysis: understand and document how an organization and its processes work. Advise on how to improve them and how technology can help.
  • Requirements definition and business process design to sustain implementation of ERP software: sit together with the business to understand and define their requirements, create the required documentation (functional and/or technical) as backbone for the software development and follow-up with the architects on the design of the software. This can be in multiple areas such as Finance, Logistics, Sales, …
  • Business process testing of software: test the configuration and processes until it breaks to help ensure the product will be viable for the client
  • Configuration of ERP (SAP, Microsoft…) : dive into the configuration of the ERP system, learn how configuration is performed and get to configuring yourself
  • Create applications and setup workflows for our clients in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Manage the stakeholders at the client
  • Translate complex solutions to understandable and valuable language for clients
  • Assist the client with the Go Live of their (new) ERP, connecting all the dots and make sure the timing is held correctly
  • Business/IT strategy alignment: assist our clients in defining their future Business/IT strategy and how to achieve their goals through a well-defined roadmap
  • Design and improvement of IT operating models: contribute in creating the design for the future IT operating model of the client, so that the IT infrastructure & design can create the best value towards all stakeholders of the client
  • Business/solution architecture for IT transformation projects: understand the requirements of the business and help design the new architecture that will come forth from the transformation project
  • Projects that can be both short and long, spanning 2 weeks to 2 years, which can be in small teams of 2-3 people up towards large teams (15+) even spanning multiple countries/regions.

  • Qualifications
  • You are a last year Master student in Information Technology, Engineering, Applied Economics, Commercial Science, Computer Science, Commercial Engineering or related. A Manama degree or MBA is a plus;
  • You understand the IT industry which enables you to demonstrate leadership and inspire trust to our clients;
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, and are fluent in either Dutch or French;
  • You demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint);
  • You have good analytical, reporting and presentation skills and you are results oriented.
