At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.
We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.
Join EY and help to build a better working world.
_________
Would you like to design the story leaders act on?
We’re a multicultural, multidisciplinary Nordic design team – from Taiwan to India, Peru, Spain, Italy and beyond. We’re inclusive, ambitious, curious, and collaborative. Different backgrounds, different skills – connected by design. We believe design can help build a better future. And we take that seriously.
As part of EY’s Nordic Deal Activation team, you’ll work on high‑impact opportunities, helping turn strategy into clear visual stories. Those stories show up in presentations, pitches, infographics, campaigns, microsites, and more. We turn complexity into stories people understand – and buy. If you’re curious how design works in real business contexts, this is for you.
The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
As our Design Intern, you’ll work closely with strategists, consultants, and designers. You’ll design, think, ask questions, test ideas – and learn fast.
You’ll work across:
Visual storytelling & service design – turning complex ideas into clear narratives
Presentations & proposals – pitch decks that need to persuade and win
Infographics & visuals – simplifying the complex without oversimplifying
Micro‑sites – when storytelling goes beyond PowerPoint
Design innovation – rethinking how we design and communicate
You’ll wear more than one hat, often at the same time. That’s the point.
What we look for
We’re not looking for “just” a visual designer. We’re looking for:
A visual storyteller and visual strategist who can translate abstract ideas into strong visual concepts
A curious thinker who enjoys complexity and can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Someone who’s not afraid to challenge, reframe, or propose a better way
A designer who can pitch ideas and explain their thinking clearly
Someone hungry to learn, humble, and an active listener
Qualifications:
A design portfolio demonstrating strong visual thinking
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from a Danish or Swedish university
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint
What’s in it for you
A non‑paid internship (3–6 months)
Flexible start date, ideally August 2026
Hands‑on work on real, high‑impact opportunities with responsibility from day one
Hybrid working (50/50 ideal, flexible when needed)
Free lunch, coffee, and daily snacks when in the office
Access to a free gym in the building
A dedicated mentor and a strong Nordic and global EY network
Exposure to high‑level strategy, design, and decision‑making
From 1 September, our Copenhagen office will be at Marmormolen – EY’s future office, right next to Nordhavn metro.
What you can expect
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Application deadline: June 7, 2026.
Our recruitment process includes the following steps:
Application: Upload your CV along with your most recent grade transcript.
