Business Consulting Senior

As a Senior Associate in our Business Consulting team, you will leverage your expertise to help clients navigate strategic, organizational, and operational challenges. You will play a key role in supporting the formulation of initiatives, transforming operations and processes, and enhancing overall business performance.

In this position, you will engage in a variety of projects, facilitate discussions, conduct thorough research and analysis, and deliver practical recommendations that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior staff, fostering their professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in consulting engagements focused on business transformation, finance, market research, strategic improvement, and risk management.
• Lead and support the preparation of deliverables, proposals, and project documentation for clients and related parties in a timely manner.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects by contributing to project planning and coordination.
• Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues to the manager of the team.
• Mentor junior associates to enhance their skills and professional growth.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• A bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, engineering, data science, legal studies, or related fields preferred.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in business strategy & planning, finance, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong core consulting skills, including analytical skills, critical thinking, and information structuring.
• A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Mongolian (written and spoken).
