Skills and attributes for success

  • Completing audit procedures and documenting higher-risk areas to increase your technical and business skills
  • Engaging clients and providing authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactions
  • Applying strong project management skills, inspiring teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and using technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services
  • Constantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
  • Understanding our clients' unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible

What we’re looking for

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related field
  • 1 or more years' experience delivering external audit and assurance engagements
  • The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mongolian
  • Prior working experience in one of the Big 4 audit firms and CPA or ACCA certification will be an advantage
