EY Pakistan - Assurance - Data & AI Internship program FY26

As an Intern in Data & AI, you will be part of a dynamic team helping clients harness the power of data, analytics, and AI to solve complex business challenges. You will support the design, development, and deployment of data driven solutions, working across data engineering, data analytics, machine learning, and AI transformation initiatives.This role is ideal for a highly motivated graduate with strong analytical skills, a passion for technology, and the drive to build a career in consulting and advanced data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Analysis & Insights : Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data.Support creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries.Translate analytical outputs into actionable business insights.

2. AI & Machine Learning Development : Assist in building, training, and evaluating machine learning and AI models.Participate in implementing NLP, predictive analytics, and automation solutions.Support development of proof of concepts and prototypes. ofconcepts and prototypes.

3. Data Engineering Support : Assist in building ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows.Work with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) to support data ingestion and transformation.Participate in creating data models, data dictionaries, and metadata structures.

4. Consulting & Client Delivery : Contribute to workshops, assessments, and documentation.Support in preparing deliverables: proposals, reports, presentations, and dashboards.Collaborate with cross functional teams to support AI and data strategy engagements. functional teams to support AI and data strategy engagements.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in: Computer ScienceData ScienceArtificial IntelligenceEngineeringInformation SystemsMathematics / StatisticsOr related technical fieldsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. solving skills.Solid foundation in Python and SQL.Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and lifecycle.Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.Understanding of cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to translate technical outputs into business language.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Familiarity with modern AI tools and GenAI concepts.Experience in data/AI related topics from university projects, internships, or personal projects.
