We are looking for a People Consulting Intern to join our growing team in Budapest.

What you'll be doing

  • Support our consultants in organizational transformation, change management, inclusion and HR advisory projects
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on market trends, best practices and emerging people-related topics
  • Prepare analyses, presentations and client-facing materials
  • Contribute to workshops, stakeholder engagements and project deliverables
  • Support project management activities, meeting preparation and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of consultants across various projects and industries

Who we're looking for

  • University student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Management and Leadership, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hungarian
  • Availability to work at least 20-25 hours per week
  • Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn
  • Openness to using and exploring AI technologies and digital productivity tools
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are an advantage
  • Interest in people, organizations, HR, change and transformation
