The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
As an Analyst in Transaction Diligence, you will work with financial due diligence across a range of industries and businesses. You will join a team that provides financial analysis and transaction advice to leading corporate and private equity clients in Denmark and internationally.
We support clients in making informed investment and divestment decisions by evaluating financial performance, uncovering key business drivers, and providing data-driven insights through rigorous financial analysis and advanced analytics.

What we look for

- Qualifications:

- You have graduated in 2026 or are planning to graduate in 2027 from an accounting or finance focused masters program (such as FIR, FIN, Cand.merc.aud or cand.polit).

- You speak and write English fluently.

- You have experience with Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
