What we look for
- You are curious and purpose driven. You are eager to learn and see opportunities instead of challenges.
- You are resilient, motivated and show initiative. You do things without being told and you keep going when things get tough.
- You are inclusive. You seek out and embrace diverse perspectives, value differences, and team inclusively.
- You have a good record of activities and experiences outside of the classroom.
- You are currently in the penultimate year of your degree.
- You can participate in the program for a minimum duration of 4 months.
What you can expect
- Shortlisted candidates can expect to perform a self-recorded video interview and an online assessment.
- Attach your CV, academic transcript and cover letter (max of 250 words) where you can share more about your background and motivation, as well as highlighting any interesting experience. You may also include your personal achievement or circumstances.
