The opportunity

Our global network of Capital & Debt Advisory Services professionals helps clients in fundraising (capital, loan, bond, etc.), advise on capital structure and execute complex balance sheet restructurings. The team has decades of experience guiding clients through capital events and understands the dynamics of every layer of the capital structure. We aim to create long-term relationships with our clients and our teams work closely with them to understand their short and long-term goals - being there at every stage to identify problems, recommend, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.

We are seeking to expand our team with a Junior Consultant who will work across a range of sectors.


Your key responsibilities

  • Support the senior consultants in their tasks and daily work
  • Perform market research and analysis for recent transactions
  • Assist the broader team with client presentations, proposals and report writing
  • Work on proposals for future clients

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bsc or Msc Degree in the field of Economics or Business
  • Knowledge on corporate business plan and financial model / debt service capability calculation
  • Confident Finance/Accounting/Cash flow knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Hungarian language
  • Advanced user level in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project
  • Strong interest in analyzing data and drawing conclusions
  • Problem solving orientation, logical, structural thinking
  • Solid basic consulting skills
  • Client focused mindset with career aspirations
