    The CBS Finance Internship Program will provide you with an excellent “real life” immersive learning experience for professional development through hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and general finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in finance and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making.
    • Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
    • Support the finance team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
    • Participate in the analysis of financial performance and variance reporting.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with team members on various finance-related projects

    To qualify for this role, you must be

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

    • The trainee will gains on the job experience through rotations across different competencies within Markets & Business Development
    • Receive world class People Development, Business Development and Sales & Marketing learning; focusing on building an innovative sales and marketing mindset
    • Attend Core Business Development Training Programs specializing on building Personal and Engagement Excellence skills
    • Work directly alongside account coordinators, pursuit strategists and client executives to effectively support and implement sales and marketing campaigns
    • Conduct portfolio reviews by analysing data to identify trends and insights
    • Support internal activities such as organizing account planning sessions
    • Attend internal and external client meetings (which could even be with the C-Suite of companies and government entities)
    • Write minutes of meeting
    • Assist in writing proposals
    • Conduct market research specific to a client case
    • Develop your skill and mindset by attending internal training and from exposure to sales situations by shadowing senior Business Development executives

    • Bachelor or Master degree: Business Management, Economics, Technology, Entrepreneurship or Marketing
