Our TaxTechnology practice offers services to organizations in response to fast paced technology changes and business trends, including the growing data burden that many taxpayers face, driving efficiencies to create a cost-effective tax function. The underlying objective of TaxTechnology is to support our clients to develop leading edge people, processes and technology to navigate the digital age of tax transparency and compliance.

Our TaxTechnology practice is looking to hire Associates to join our growing team which is made up of highly skilled professionals with a broad range of technology and consulting competencies. The field of taxation is constantly changing as new laws, regulations and technologies are created, and this is your opportunity to be part of that development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work on various internal / client projects, from helping produce leading practice automation, participating in the wider transformation planning and execution, to implementing tax solutions for organisations.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and support delivery of them until completion, including documenting requirements, design, configuration, testing, and project management.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• University degree related to Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, Accountancy or similar quantitative field of study
• Strong interest in technology and its use in business processes
• Basic knowledge of business operation, tax functions and tax regulations (preferred)
• Knowledge or experience in any of the following:
• Data Science and Analytics / design and development of databases (specifically SQL Server) / Microsoft Power Platform
• Data analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI or Qlik
• A desire to use new technologies to help change the way in which our clients operate their processes and manage their data
• A natural flair for problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to work
• Strong communication and business writing skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional client-serving consulting skills
• Ability to manage various projects simultaneously and build relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
