Hence, you will identify and analyze cost optimization and synergy opportunities and collaborate with the clients to design and implement them.

Buy & Integrate and Sell & Separate

You can work on operational projects where you will collaborate with clients to realize the value of M&A by solving complex issues with multiple stakeholders. In these projects you will assess the quality of the operational functions and operating models to assure that the strategic objectives of the acquisition are met and implemented.

Technology Due Diligence

You can work to provide strategic advice within technology due diligence where you will assess technology infrastructure and provide advice on how to integrate or separate different technology systems in the context of a transaction.
