We are looking for a motivated AI Developer to join our Machine Learning team and support the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI–based solutions. In this role, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers and leads to build AI-powered features and applications that address real-world business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and contribute to building scalable AI solutions while continuously learning and growing in the field of Generative AI.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing AI and Generative AI–based solutions for internal and client-facing use cases
  • Support implementation and deployment of machine learning and generative AI models into production environments
  • Help monitor AI systems in production and report on performance, accuracy, and reliability
  • Follow established best practices for model development, deployment, and documentation
  • Learn and apply emerging concepts, tools, and techniques in Generative AI
  • Collaborate with team members across engineering, data science, and product functions
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and basic troubleshooting of AI applications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
  • 0 - 1 years of experience working with AI or machine learning concepts through projects, internships, or professional roles
  • Basic understanding of Python and common machine learning libraries

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Basic experience with machine learning or AI models, including exposure to generative AI concepts
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP (foundational level)
  • Introductory knowledge of deep learning concepts such as transformers or diffusion models
  • Basic exposure to prompt engineering and model tuning concepts
  • Foundational understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV)
  • Awareness of software development best practices (version control, testing, documentation)
  • Willingness to learn DevOps and CI/CD concepts used in ML workflows
  • Understanding of responsible AI and ethical considerations (awareness level)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
