The opportunity
This 4-month internship provides an exciting opportunity for students who are curious, proactive and eager to understand how operational decisions shape EY at the highest levels. This is not a client-facing role, rather it focuses on the internal operations that keep our organization performing at its best.
You will gain exposure to senior leaders within the organization and see how data, processes, and strategic thinking come together to drive informed decision-making. While the role is less technical, it does require strong data literacy, an appetite to learn how data influences outcomes, and an interest in advising on business decisions.

To qualify for the role, you must
- Be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, STEM, or another related
- Have strong data literacy and a desire to learn how data supports decision-making and have the ability to see the “big picture” and understand business strategy from a top-down viewpoint
- Demonstrate teaming, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the willingness and ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision
- Showcase effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
- Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Be committed to integrity within a professional environment
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A mature mindset, be proactive and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto: $57,000 to $66,000
