Confidence in your growth. Freedom to shape it your way.
At the start of your career, you want to learn fast without locking yourself into one path. At EY-Parthenon, you work on real projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop skills that stay relevant long after your first role. With guidance when you need it and freedom to explore what suits you, your career grows at your pace, not someone else’s plan.

Your new job | About your main responsibilities

EY-Parthenon supports organizations in driving organic and acquisitive growth, improving performance, and navigating complex strategic and transactional decisions. The team works across strategy development, operational transformation, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions. By combining strong analytical capabilities with close collaboration across the global EY‑Parthenon network, EY-Parthenon supports clients in making well‑founded decisions and translating strategy into execution.

As a consultant, your work spans the full journey from strategy to implementation. Within the Graduate Program, consultants rotate across different teams and disciplines within Strategy & Execution (S&E), gaining exposure to a wide range of client challenges while contributing to the ongoing development of the practice. These rotations provide insight into different ways of working and help identify where individual interests and strengths are best applied. You will learn to translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables. Your day-to-day work may involve managing problem-solving processes, performing analytical activities, or acting as a bridge between team members, partners, or clients.

Digital Strategy and AI

Ready to shape your future with us? | About your application process

We aim to keep our recruitment process efficient and transparent, with a short turnaround time and clear feedback within a few business days after each interview round. The process consists of the following steps:

  1. For this vacancy, we ask you to submit your CV and a motivation letter that consists of answering the following two questions, with a maximum of 150 words each: Why EY Parthenon Strategy & Execution? What will you bring to the team? This gives you the opportunity to show us your drive, motivation, and personality. At EY-Parthenon, we support the use of AI tools like ChatGPT, as long as your own tone and unique personality remain visible.
  2. First interview: Before the interview, we’ll ask you to complete an online assessment. Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based assessment focusing on both your cognitive skills and behavioral preferences. We’ll discuss the results during the interview, which will include a colleague from the relevant department. This mutual introduction is a chance for us to get to know you, and for you to ask any questions you have.
  3. Second interview: If we see a match and you’re still enthusiastic, we’ll invite you for a second interview. We’ll dive deeper into the role and other relevant topics. Sometimes, a business case is part of the process. A final interview may also follow.
  4. Third interview: You will meet two future colleagues and complete another case interview.
  5. Fourth interview: A final conversation with the partner.

We’re a match: You’ll receive an offer and we’ll perform a pre-employment screening. Then your new adventure begins. Welcome to EY!

Research shows that women are less likely to apply if they don’t meet all the criteria. Please feel free to apply even if you don’t meet everything.
