The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

Our Technology Consulting Bootcamps and learning initiatives are designed to provide hands-on exposure to modern technologies, methodologies, and real-world business challenges.

Depending on the focus of each program, participants may have the opportunity to explore areas such as:

• Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Generative AI, including model development, deployment and MLOps/AIOps
• Data Engineering, Data Science & Advanced Analytics
• Software Engineering & Application Development
• Cloud & Modern Technology Platforms
• Cybersecurity
• Enterprise Systems & Technology Implementation
• Data Management, Governance & Business Intelligence
• Through instructor-led training, practical exercises, and real-world business use cases, participants will have the opportunity to build technical knowledge while collaborating with EY professionals working on data, analytics, AI and technology projects.

Selected applicants from our talent pool may be invited to participate in relevant Bootcamps or other learning initiatives organized throughout the year.

High-performing participants may also be considered for career opportunities with EY Greece and the opportunity to join EY’s Technology Consulting team.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who are excited about technology, data, and AI and want to continuously learn and develop.

• You are a final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, STEM or another related field.
• You are passionate about data, AI, technology, and solving complex problems.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a genuine willingness to learn.
• You are interested in developing hands-on technical capabilities and gaining exposure to real-world projects.
• You have familiarity with areas such as programming, Python, SQL, databases, cloud technologies, AI/ML, analytics, or data platforms. Hands-on experience is considered an asset.
• You are interested in one or more areas across the broader AI & Data ecosystem.
• You have an agile, growth-oriented mindset. Beyond technical knowledge, we value curiosity, innovation, and the ability to adapt and collaborate in a fast-moving environment.
• You are curious and purpose-driven. You see opportunities where others see challenges and ask thoughtful questions to uncover meaningful insights and better answers.
• You are inclusive. You seek out and embrace diverse perspectives, value differences, and contribute to an environment of trust and belonging.
