In our team, we are focused on delivering Corporate Performance Management tools to our clients. Expect to work collaboratively with our clients to design, implement and manage solutions that allow them digitize and reinvent their financial processes. We are a very international team with international clients, allowing for a rich mix of cultures and providing great travel opportunities. Our team includes experts in different fields (Solution Architects, Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts, Developers) and has room for specialist and generalist team members! We are looking for junior profiles to reinforce our team as from January ’25 or September ’25.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Software Selection : Leveraging our various global software alliances and deep functional and technical knowledge, we guide our clients in choosing the right technology to tackle their needs. This implies working closely with them to capture their strategy, vision and translate it into elements that will allow the right selection.
• Streamline Processes : Our team is composed of mixed skilled consultants in Finance and IT, that are able to map processes and propose best in class approaches on Financial closing, Planning, Budgeting and forecasting. Expect to develop these skills and work alongside expert colleagues.
• Implement Solutions : Thanks to our knowledge and deep experience in implementing CPM solutions and managing large global IT projects, we design, build and test applications to help our clients manage their performance. This can involve building backend data flows or dashboarding and reporting. Our projects always include some key components such as project management, master data management and data integration. Providing a great blend of technical and functional skills.

• Data Management, Architecture, Migration and Integration: providing the foundational layers for enterprise data accessibility, covering data sourcing and integration, data hub, data lake, data warehousing and data modelling, master data management and data rationalization and migration
• Data Quality and Governance: developing an organization that treats data as a critical enterprise asset and sources quality data for business use and regulatory compliance. This includes examining the fitness for purpose of data for specific business needs, data remediation, and the strategy, roles, policies and processes to effectively manage data through its lifecycle
• BI Reporting and Business Analytics design, architecture and implementation: at enterprise and departmental levels, including data visualization. This comprises the end-to-end business analytics and reporting lifecycle across advisory and strategy, identifying compliance reporting trouble spots and delivering achievable roadmaps, to vendor selection, design and implementation

• Participate in client engagement teams regarding the implementation & maintenance of mainly BI/EPM projects (involving 3-5 EY team members), back-end as well as front-end reporting & dashboards creation;
• You are responsible for the translation of functional requirements into technical specifications;
• You analyze the technical requirements;
• You develop and implement function modules, interfaces, reports, transactions, etc.
• You will be responsible for the testing and maintenance of your developments;
• You document your developments and collaborate on the testing scenarios and user manuals;
• You are in charge of performance tuning.

Your Profile

• Qualifications
• You are a last year Master student in Information Technology, Engineering, Applied Economics, Commercial Science, Computer Science, Commercial Engineering, Business Engeneering or related. A Manama degree or MBA is a plus;
• You have excellent communication skills in English, and are fluent in either Dutch or French;
• You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
• You have good analytical, reporting and presentation skills and you are results oriented.
