Your Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Consultant in People Consulting Talent, you will have the chance to get a taste of all our talent competences and you will have a variety of responsibilities that will help you develop your skills and contribute to the team's success.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting diverse projects with a focus on people, assisting in project management to ensure timely delivery, creating high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations, assisting in training programs,... Typical projects involve HR strategy, cultural integration and transformation, leadership development, talent strategy, strategic workforce management, people in the contact of M&A or reorganizations and learning strategies.

Qualifications:

• You have a master degree in economics or people related education such as: applied economics, business engineering, business administration, human resources.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, and are fluent in Dutch (French is a plus).
• You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
• You can work autonomously but are also a great team player with a client-oriented mindset;
• You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational environment;
• You have a natural desire to keep on growing & progressing;
• You are a strong communicator or are willing to build your communication skills;
• You have a never-ending passion for the people agenda in organizations;
• You have (a study) knowledge in HR, cultural development, leadership, learning and change management.
