The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

As an intern in Business Transformation, you will support the orchestration of change that centers on human experiences, integrates cutting-edge technology, and scales innovation to drive substantial and sustainable growth across the organization. You will be part of a team that helps clients enhance their business processes and data management by leveraging technology. You will analyze current business practices, identify improvement opportunities, and guide clients toward their future state using BPM methodologies.

• Qualifications:
• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in business transformation, process improvement, and technology implementation.
• You are proficient in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• You are fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Luxembourgish, or German are a plus.
